Ivy, a junior college prospect originally from Oklahoma, committed to the Oklahoma State Cowboys on Aug. 18. Nebraska entered the picture in early November, when the Huskers officially extended him an offer.
NU caught his attention, and they received a big boost when Ivy and Oklahoma State parted ways on Dec. 17. Ivy took it another step forward on Jan. 4, when he posted a tweet saying Nebraska might be "the right place" for him.

Ivy hasn't yet visited Lincoln, but he plans to take an official visit on Jan. 22. He plans to check out Arkansas the following weekend.
A few days before his Nebraska visit, Ivy included Nebraska in his top three with Arkansas and USF:

Now, things between Ivy and Nebraska have seemingly ended. Big Red Report and Huskers Illustrated reported on the eve of his scheduled visit to NU that the trip had been canceled and would not be rescheduled. "Nebraska is no longer an option" for Ivy, the BRR report stated.
