School District Report Cards

Nebraska's State of the Schools Report includes the latest information about student performance. It lists graduation rates as well as results on state tests for reading, math, science and writing. This year's version also includes new measures of improvement and growth on reading and math tests.

Improvement is the change in average test scores in the same grade from one year to the next - it compares, for example, third-grade reading scores in 2011 with third-grade scores in 2012.

Growth is the change in average scores of the same students as they move from grade to grade - for example, it compares the reading scores of third graders in 2011 with their scores as fourth-graders in 2012.

This table has overall results for each of Nebraska's school districts, as well as statewide averages. Click on the header for any column to sort the table by that result.
