Terrell Newby caps long drive to put Huskers back on top

Nebraska milked a ton of clock as it jumped back in front of Illinois in the fourth quarter.

Terrell Newby capped off the 18-play, 75-yard drive with a 3-yard touchdown run. The Husker drive took off 10:42 of clock, and the ensuing PAT made it 17-10 less than five minutes into the final frame.

That was Newby's second touchdown of the season. On the previous play, Newby converted a fourth-and-1 from inside the Illinois 5-yard line that stood after a replay review.
