Elkhorn grad Trevor Roach was signed to the Bengals' active roster after spending most of the season on their practice squad.
Roach made 13 tackles in the preseason and was called up to the active roster after Cincinnati placed a pair of players on injured reserve.

With Vontaze Burfict questionable for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens with a concussion, Roach could be in line for a major role.
Roach spent most of his 2015 rookie year on the Bengals' practice squad after signing with the team as an undrafted free agent, though he did join the team's active roster for the playoffs last year.
Roach battled injuries during his last two seasons at Nebraska, but started six games for the Huskers as a senior in 2014, recording 63 tackles with seven for loss and a sack.
