Rivals included Nebraska wide receivers coach Keith Williams among its list of the nation's top 25 college football recruiters.
Williams landed three wideouts in the 2017 class — Keyshawn Johnson Jr., Tyjon Lindsey and Jaevon McQuitty. All are considered four-star prospects by at least one recruiting service. Johnson Jr. and McQuitty have already enrolled, and Lindsey is the highest-ranked player in the class.
"He helped himself with the collection of talent he attracted to Lincoln at that position in 2017," Rivals wrote.
Rivals notes that Lindsey was his biggest get, bringing him aboard after he decommitted from Ohio State.
"That commitment came at a crucial time last month and helped the Cornhuskers regain momentum heading into signing day," Rivals wrote.
Other Big Ten assistants in the top 25 included Ohio State's Kerry Coombs (also named recruiter of the year) and Zach Smith, Maryland's Aazar Abdul-Rahim, Michigan's Chris Partridge and Penn State's Terry Smith.
