Anti-recall group Forward Omaha has tried to stop the recall effort, alleging fraud on the part of petition circulators. Suttle is a member of the group and has given them money.

Committee to Keep Omaha Moving Forward
The Committee to Keep Omaha Moving Forward, backed by Omaha philanthropist and businessman Dick Holland, has also been fighting the recall and launched a radio ad campaign this fall. Other civic and business leaders are involved with the group.
