Position: Executive editor and Vice President of News
What I do: I oversee a newsroom staff of about 150 people who produce content for all sections of the newspaper, its website, Omaha.com., and affiliated websites.
About me: I have worked at The World-Herald as an editor and reporter since moving to Omaha from St. Louis in August 1990. My first job at The W-H was as a City Hall reporter covering the P.J. Morgan administration. I grew up mostly in St. Louis. I graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor's degree in political science. I also have studied U.S. history, economics and journalism. I have lived in central Omaha for more than 20 years. I am an avid road cyclist and swimmer.
