Position: Assistant metro-regional editor, education
What I do: I am the editor who oversees our education coverage. I also work with columnist Michael Kelly.
About me: I graduated from Creighton University and began working at The World-Herald during my freshman year of college. I’ve spent most of my career editing. I’ve served as the news editor, the copy desk chief and the special sections editor at The World-Herald. I began in my current role in 2016. Most of my non-work time is spent with my husband and three children. I enjoy cheering on my children in all of their activities and going on a wide range of family outings. We take long road trips most summers and hope to visit all 50 states.
