Company G, 30th Michigan Infantry

Stuck was born in Hillsdale County, Michigan on November 13, 1845. He enlisted in the regiment on December 22, 1864 at Hudson, Michigan. Stuck served about 6 months and was discharged on June 17, 1865 at Jackson, Michigan.

The 30th Michigan Infantry was organized at Detroit for 1 year of service on January 9, 1865. The unit was assigned to duty in Michigan and was mustered out in June 1865.

Stuck died on July 10, 1931 at the age of 85 years. He is buried in the Johnson Cemetery in Johnson (Nemaha County), Nebraska.
