Alaric Williams has been committed to Auburn since July 2015, but he's still receiving interest from Nebraska.
Williams took an official visit to Nebraska for the Oregon game on Sept. 17, arriving the day before because his high school team was on a bye week.
It was his first visit to Nebraska and the first official visit he'd taken.
After the game, Williams tweeted that Lincoln was "lit."
Williams is a consensus four-star recruit and ranked No. 167 overall, according to the 247Sports composite.
He might remind Husker fans of another legendary running back from Alabama — Ameer Abdullah. Williams' high school (Southside) is less than 90 miles away from where Abdullah went (Homewood).
Williams has taken numerous visits to Auburn throughout his recruitment. His hometown is less than 200 miles from the Auburn campus.
As of January, it doesn't appear that Williams will flip his commitment from Auburn, especially after the Huskers secured another running back in the class.
