Corrion Ballard is a junior college prospect originally from Houston that plays at Blinn College in Brenham, Texas.
On Dec. 2, Ballard included Nebraska in his top four with Oklahoma State, Texas Tech and Utah.
Ballard took official visits to Utah (Nov. 19) and Texas Tech (Dec. 2). He then got a look at Nebraska when he took an official visit to Lincoln on Dec. 7. He then went straight to Oklahoma State for his final visit.
Ballard announced on Dec. 14 that he would sign with Utah.
After the 2016 season, Ballard was named the Southwest Junior College Football Conference co-defensive player of the year. He finished the year with three interceptions, eight pass break-ups, a forced fumble, five sacks and 41 total tackles.
