Andre Cisco received an offer from the Huskers on Oct. 12, 2017.
Cisco attends the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, where he was a teammate of current Husker lineman Broc Bando and shares a secondary with former Nebraska commit Brendan Radley-Hiles.
Cisco made his first trip to Nebraska when he took an official visit for the Northwestern game on Nov. 4. Afterward, he tweeted that he had a "great weekend in Lincoln."
Cisco didn't start getting significant recruiting attention until his senior season. Nebraska was one of the first Power Five schools to recognize his talent. Vanderbilt, Illinois and Syracuse also extended him scholarship offers during October.
Cisco took his first official visit to Illinois on Oct. 28.
Cisco posted a SPARQ score of 108.72 at The Opening Regional in Orlando in February. That included a 4.61-second 40-yard dash, 4.25-second 20-yard shuttle, 39.5-foot kneeling powerball toss and 35.7-inch vertical jump.
These are the players who built Nebraska football.
