Kamryn Babb received an offer from the Huskers on Dec. 1, 2015. It was his first scholarship offer.
Babb visited Lincoln for the Huskers junior day in March 2016.
He returned for NU's game against Purdue on Oct. 22. He was on that trip with teammate Cameron Brown, who received an offer from NU after the game and eventually committed to the Huskers.
On May 30, 2017, Babb included Nebraska in his top nine with Alabama, LSU, Michigan, Missouri, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Ole Miss and USC.
He attends the same high school that produced Husker I-back Tre Bryant.
Babb posted a SPARQ score of 103.92 at The Opening Regional in Columbus in May. That included a 4.6-second 40-yard dash, 4.12-second 20-yard shuttle, 34-foot kneeling powerball toss and 35.3-inch vertical jump.
World-Herald staff writer Sam McKewon included him on his early list of 25 prospects to watch for the Huskers' 2018 recruiting class.
