Mirko Jurkovic Jr. became the third offensive lineman of Nebraska's 2015 recruiting class when he committed on Monday, July 21.

Jurkovic plays at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, but originally hails from South Bend, Indiana, where his father, Mirko Jurkovic, Sr., was an All-American at Notre Dame. The Husker commits uncle, John Jurkovic, played in the NFL for a decade and is a sports-talk radio host in Chicago.

Jurkovic also held offers from Florida and Ohio State, but announced on Twitter his intention to become a Cornhusker:

He becomes the 11th known commit for the 2015 class and joins Omaha North guard Michael Decker and Baldwin, Kansas, tackle Christian Gaylord on the offensive line.
