Husker commit Brendan 'Bookie' Radley-Hiles draws comparison to 2017 NFL draft pick

Expectations for four-star recruit Brendan 'Bookie' Radley-Hiles were already sky high. Now, he's drawing comparisons to a 2017 NFL first-round draft pick. National Recruiting Director Mike Farrell said Radley-Hiles, a member of Nebraska's 2018 recruiting class, reminded him of former LSU safety Jamal Adams, who was picked by the New York Jets with the sixth pick in the first round of the NFL draft.

Farrell wrote that "both [Adams and Radley-Hiles] are versatile, fearless in tackling and pure leaders. The energy they convey on the film comes through the screen."

For his senior year, Radley-Hiles has transferred to IMG Academy, a sports-focused boarding school in Bradenton, Florida. IMG coach Kevin Wright said Radley-Hiles has already made his mark there.

Prince Amukamara was NU's last corner drafted in the first round. He was picked by the Giants in 2011.
