About me: I'm a journalism graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with more than 30 years of newspaper experience, including nine years at the Arizona Republic. My responsibilities at The World-Herald have included reporting on education, gambling and real estate and assignment editing in regional, suburban, city and enterprise news. I am a Sarpy County resident with two grown children. I've been married 28 years to World-Herald photographer Kent Sievers.
